Shipping

We will always strive to ship using the most cost-effective method available (typically Canada Post, with rush orders usually though Fedex). Shipping can be arranged through either our accounts or the customer’s preferred carrier. The customer is required to arrange the shipping if they require it on their own account.

Samples

Zonewest will cover the cost of shipping sample garments to customers. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the samples within 30 days in the same condition they were received (clean, and folded).

Returns & Warranty

Prior to production, customers must approve the decoration, size, and color and placement.

Decorated garments are eligible for return only if the decoration does not align with the approved artwork or specifications.

Cancellations are accepted no later than 48 hours after the order is confirmed. A cancellation charge may apply.

Zonewest is not liable for any issues related to supplied garments.
